1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI) Member Portal ("the Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the Portal, including members and authorized representatives. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Portal.

2. Member Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide during registration and maintain within your member profile is accurate, complete, and current.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify SCCI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Portal for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Portal's functionality. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access to data, transmitting malicious code, or interfering with other members' use of the Portal.

3. Purpose of the Portal

The SCCI Member Portal is designed to provide members with access to exclusive information, services, and communication channels. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing membership details, viewing event calendars, and receiving important updates from the Chamber. The content provided is for informational purposes only.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the Portal, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Portal is provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. SCCI does not guarantee that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Portal is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Portal.
